Berlin, Teaneck/USA – June 29, 2023 – MVP Factory, one of the leading venture & product builders in Germany, has been acquired by the American digital engineering specialist Ness Digital Engineering (Ness), which global investment firm KKR acquired in 2022. With this strategic acquisition, both partners aim to combine their strengths and provide comprehensive support to their customers. Since its founding in 2017, MVP Factory has become a leading address for end-to-end venture & product building and works with renowned medium-sized companies and leading global corporations. The business will continue to be led by founder and CEO Philipp Petrescu.
Strong alliance for innovation projects, venture building and IT transformation
Through the partnership, MVP Factory's customers will benefit even more from the company's expertise in full life-cycle digital engineering from digital advisory through to scaled engineering services.
